DIGI-HD60C extends HDMI, power, and control over standard Category cable

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado—August 27, 2013—Liberty AV Solutions announced the immediate availability of their latest Intelix HDBaseT extender series, DIGI-HD60C. Key features of the new extender include power over HDBaseT (PoH), bidirectional IR, and bidirectional RS232. The DIGI-HD60C-series extenders are compatible with all Intelix HDBaseT product offerings and any product that meets the HDBaseT specifications.

The DIGI-HD60C extenders are compatible with shielded and unshielded varieties of Category-rated twisted pair cable. Power can be sent from either end of the extender set to power the remote extender, while still extending 1080p video signals up to 60 meters (196 feet) and full 3D or 4k x 2k video up to 35 meters (114 feet).

The bidirectional wideband IR and bidirectional RS232 capabilities make the DIGI-HD60C compatible with most control systems. The 110mm x 76mm x 24mm (4.33 in. x 2.99 in. x 0.95 in.) chassis is small enough to be installed in almost any location. Coupled with the DIGI-PMK1 universal mounting kit, installation options are nearly limitless.

Compatible Intelix products include FLX-series matrix HDBaseT input and output cards, DIGI-44B/88B HDMI matrices, DIGI-P123 presentation switcher, and ASW-WP auto-switching wall plate.

The DIGI-HD60C-series extenders (DIGI-HD60C-S and DIGI-HD60C-R) are sold individually, in stock and now shipping from authorized Liberty AV Solutions/Intelix dealers across North America. Power supply and IR accessories are sold separately.
