Datapath and ELSA Welcome Customers to Open House Aetria Demo Sessions in Tokyo

April 18, 2023 - In cooperation with distributor ELSA Japan – one of Japan's leading providers of big data analysis, VR, AI, and deep learning – video processing specialists Datapath warmly welcomed various resellers and system integrator customers to its new Tokyo offices and demo suite for the first of its Open House sessions.

Showcasing what is possible in today's highly complex control room environments, Datapath's Open House sessions allowed customers to explore its portfolio in depth, along with one-to-one Aetria training sessions with Datapath's APAC director, Michael Austin, and his team.

Having spearheaded Datapath's growth in the region over the several years, Michael now oversees Datapath Japan GK – a new business entity that cements the company's presence and ambitions across Asia.

Following the three-day event, Michael concluded: "Given the wide range of integration options which Aetria provides, it is critical for potential customers to be able to see how things work at some scale. Our investment in establishing Datapath Japan GK and creating the Aetria demo environment in our new office is already benefiting us in this respect. We remain humble in welcoming our customers and partners who visited us during our initial Open House session."

The initial sessions proved an instant success, as customers experienced the time saving and efficiency credentials of Aetria, providing a more effective and reactive environment for Control Room operators and system managers alike.  Michael added: "We have lots of good feedback already – and look forward to welcoming more visitors to experience our hardware and software. Allowing customers to see and use Aetria is something we warmly welcome and our new Tokyo offices allows us to explore its full capabilities with our customers far deeper than ever before."

Following the Open House visit, Seichi Sato, Sales at ELSA Japan, reflected the common opinion from customers who have seen Aetria's benefits first-hand: "We're truly excited about what Aetria has to offer, and about the prospects for the future. Looking forward to continuing our close work with Michael to get Aetria in front of more customers in the coming weeks and months!"
