Chief earned the Sales Support You Can Believe In Award from System Contractor News in their Stellar Service Awards competition. This is the first year for the awards.
SCN notes that service has become increasingly important in the AV industry. “With similar goods available from numerous vendors, the differentiating factors lie in the sales, shipping, training, service, and support transactions around the specification and acquisition of equipment,” wrote Kirsten Nelson, Editor.
SCN wanted to recognize manufacturers and distributors that make customer service a priority. Chief supports sales globally with offices in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia. Chief has 22 direct sales reps in the field in the U.S., and 19 additional reps spread out across three continents to help customers with local, world-class service in tandem with fellow Milestone AV Technologies companies. The customer service center in Eden Prairie is staffed with thoroughly trained experts on Chief solutions, including a CTS certified Technical Support team.
A panel of integrator and consultant judges evaluated the entries and chose the winners.
