The inbuilt multi-frequency readers of the access units allow a gradual employment of new secure 13.56MHz cards while continual use of the older unsecured ones. Except for the RFID technology, these units are, at the same time, equipped with a touch keypad for PIN entering or Bluetooth reader for access using the smartphone with mobile credentials.
