Integration Summer in the UK and USA: What to integrate our products with?

The integration summer continues! Today, we’ll be revealing how you can add a high level of value to a project through simple integration. Especially for the markets in the USA and UK.

Do you ill your projects in office, schools and government buildings?

IP PBX
You won’t have any problems connecting our door communicators to practically any IP PBX. Avaya, Siemens or 3CX are the most frequent telephone exchange providers. Let’s also not forget about Cisco. Did you know that we were officially tested for CUCM 12.5 last year?

Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams has recently experienced a huge increase in users and calls. Together with HelloDoor, we have arranged for intercoms to place calls directly to the Microsoft Teams application.

Home Automation
Projects in apartment buildings frequently must have  a home automation system. Connecting our intercom to the Crestron system is incredibly easy. Secure entry thus becomes part of the smart home. This also works, for example, with systems by Control4 and Savant.

Access Control
Integration with Brivo works wonderfully. The Brivo Onair system administrator updates the directory and user rights in a single environment. Changes are also automatically displayed on 2N® IP Verso intercom’s touchscreen display. One amazing feature is call rerouting to the resident’s telephone. Although this is a conventional call, residents can admit visitors by entering a PIN into the phone. You’ll also appreciate administration in a single system through integration with Connect ONE by Connect Technologies. This has worked excellently, for example, at the National Harbor resort near Washington DC.

All in One App
Integration with the Carson application is a genuine treat. In a single application, residents can pay the rent, submit a request for repair to lighting, or take calls from the door intercom. The next time you happen to be walking down 5th Avenue in New York, you can ask tenants of one of the buildings there how happy they are with the application!
